Honest review as I don’t wish others to go through the same stress as I did.
BBE emailed me a link with my filmed podcast on it. This file was in fact corrupt. I tried to contact shelia over the period of 8 days with no response and still no footage. On the 9th day of trying Shelia got back to be and said that she had been out of the country on holiday and left her phone at home on purpose. I’m not sure as a business owner how this is possible but isn’t something I feel is acceptable.

I was told that the person who was dealing with my footage deliberately corrupted my files in a ploy to poach clients from BBE. He was then apparently fired and of course BBE/ Shelia did not have a back up of my podcast.

Not only was it a complete waste of time and money, It then took a week to get my money back for the actual recording.

I highly recomend Sheila from the BBE Podcast Agency. I took an intro workshop with her about podcasting and it was superb! Her practical, step-by-step and down-to-earth approach to the workshop really helped me feel comfortable with everything I needed to know and do in order to launch my podcast not to mention the confidence boost I needed.
