FAQs
Q: What should I know before booking?
A: Please note, we only accept a minimum of 2 hour bookings per session.
All bookings will be subject to availability. Please send us an email to info@bbepodcastagency.com if you have any questions/queries. Alternatively, you can also drop us message on Whatsapp at 07507721587
If any equipment is damaged, you will be charged a fee equal to the cost of replacement.
Q: If I cancel my booking, will I be refunded?
A: You are liable to receive 100% refund within the first 24 hours of booking the studio. After 24 hours, you’ll receive 50% and after 48hours, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellations can only be made 48 hours prior to a confirmed booking (the email must be received 48 hours prior). If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours, there will be no refund.

Q: How will I get my files after recording?
A: As we use high quality cameras, we recommend that you bring a hard drive to transfer your files straight after recording.
If you opt to borrow our hard drive, an additional charge of £60 will be added to your booking. Podcast recordings will be sent to you within 48 hours of recording.
Q: What do I do if I'm running late?
A: If you are 15 minutes late for your slot, your booking will be cancelled should you fail to notify us. Call or send us message on Whatsapp at 07507721587 if you’re running late.
Missed booking/slots cannot be transferred to another date without management approval.
Q: If I don't get my files, will I be refunded?
A: In the unfortunate event that you don’t receive your files in the way you expected them, you will receive either a full/partial refund if we’re unable to deliver your files in sufficient time or in the case that your footage is lost by our team.

Q: If I purchase one of your packages or the Podcast Starter Kit, can I get a refund if I change my mind?
